Award Ceremony
The Baron Award ceremonies celebrate outstanding scholarship on the Jewish experience and bring together laureates, scholars, students, and the wider public. Owing to the continuing effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 and 2023 ceremonies were held online, allowing a large international audience to take part. In 2025, the Awards community finally came together in Vienna for a festive in-person celebration. The next ceremony is planned for June 2027 in Vienna and will also be livestreamed; further details will be announced in due course.
